1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using IPMeu, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part, you may not access the service.

2 Service Description

IPMeu provides IP address geolocation, ASN lookup, and related network intelligence services. The service is provided 'as-is' for informational purposes only.

3 Data Accuracy

While we strive for accuracy, IP geolocation data is approximate and may not reflect exact locations. Our databases have inherent accuracy limitations. Do not use our data for critical decisions or legal purposes.

Geolocation accuracy varies by region and IP block registration. Country-level accuracy is typically 95%+, city-level accuracy is 50–80%. Results should not be used for law enforcement, legal proceedings, or any application requiring certified location data.

4 Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. The following activities are prohibited:

Automated scraping or mass querying without prior written permission
Using the Service to harass, stalk, or locate individuals
Attempting to circumvent rate limits or access restrictions

5 Limitation of Liability

IPMeu shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service or reliance on the data provided.

6 API Usage

Use of our API is subject to rate limits. Excessive usage, scraping, or abuse may result in access being restricted. Commercial usage requires prior agreement.

API access requires a valid API key obtained through registration
Rate limits apply: 30 requests per minute on the free tier
Commercial use of API data requires a commercial license agreement

7 Intellectual Property

The IPMeu name, logo, design, and proprietary code are owned by us and protected by copyright and trademark law. Geolocation data is sourced from MaxMind GeoLite2 (CC BY-SA 4.0) and public WHOIS registries. You may not reproduce or redistribute our interface or proprietary content without permission.

8 Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
